Queen's Application Deadline for Fall 2027 and What You'll Need
Queen’s sets its own application deadlines for Fall 2027 entry: March 1, 2027 for most first-year programs, and earlier for Commerce, Health Sciences and Nursing. That isn’t the whole picture, though: those three programs also want a supplementary application, and Queen’s won’t accept one late.
What every Queen’s applicant sends
You apply to Queen’s on OUAC. Queen’s then sends you a SOLUS login, which takes four to six business days to arrive, and the award applications live there. Ontario high school grades are forwarded automatically, and students at other schools send their own transcript.
Most Queen’s programs ask for nothing beyond the application and your grades.
What some programs add
Commerce, Health Sciences and Nursing each have a timed written response and a timed video response on Kira Talent. The Queen’s Commerce PSE and video and the Health Sciences and Nursing supplementary application explain both pieces. Music has an audition and interview.
Scholarships run earlier. The Major Admission Awards, including the Chancellor’s Scholarship, have their own application on SOLUS, due December 8, 2026. Because the SOLUS login takes days, Queen’s asks you to apply on OUAC first, by November 20, 2026. The Chancellor’s Scholarship application starts with a nomination from your school.
See every date for your program
That’s the shape of it. The exact dates depend on your program and where you finish high school, and some haven’t been published yet. AcceptMe’s free Application Planner has every one of them, for the programs you pick.
